DID YOU KNOW that on January 15th, ASEA will begin terminating accounts that are suspended because of non-renewal? ASEA will begin canceling accounts that have been suspended for 180 days. If you have not paid your annual renewal fee (in the US it is $25, due at the anniversary of your enrollment) your account may be in a suspended status and could be terminated.

DID YOU KNOW that this renewal requirement has been official policy for 10 years, but has yet to be enforced?

If you are unsure whether your account is currently suspended and in danger of being terminated, call Associate Support or log in to your ASEA virtual office. Those on auto-ship on the renewal fee due date would have been automatically renewed. Those not on auto-ship must renew manually or by calling Associate Support..

If a person has their account terminated, they can become an ASEA Customer at any time.

If an ASEA Associate account is terminated and they want to re-register as an Associate, they must wait 6 months. After they wait 6 months they can enroll under a previous sponsor or a new sponsor. However, they will be registering as a new Associate at the bottom of the team commission tree.

(The Sponsorship Tree will compress and will be updated every Wednesday. The Binary Tree will only compress if the account has 1 leg. If you have a left and a right leg on the binary tree, the terminated account will not compress and will be a “dead account” in the tree.)

If you have signed up Associates:
TO DO: Contact those who are inactive and have not renewed their Associate Account. Make sure they know what is happening, that they are about to lose an advantageous position in ASEA’s compensation plan. Are they aware of the new products and the new genetics study and other science? Perhaps a downline has been built below them in our excellent binary plan even though they have been inactive – if so, let them know. Do they know about our new country markets? Encourage them to renew if they want to maintain access to wholesale prices or might want to be active in the future as an Associate and maintain their advantageous position in the commission tree

TO DO : Pull up a list of Suspended Accounts in your Virtual Office:

  1. Click MENU > REPORTS > Associate/Customer Search
  2. Click the ADVANCED SEARCH button to expand the page to show a full list of search criteria
  3. Scroll down the page to the Business Info section and find the drop-down menu labeled ACCOUNT STATUS
  4. Within the drop-down menu, select SUSPENDED – RENEWAL DUE
  5. Scroll down the page, and click the SHOW REPORT button. Your list of lapsed accounts will populate at the bottom of the page.
  6. Want to see contact information (only for your personal group)? Scroll down, and click Select Column Headings. Check desired contact info in the left column and at the bottom click the move > button. Click the Save button at the bottom. And now click Show Report.

As Associate ACCOUNT TERMINATIONS begin to roll out for Associate accounts that are 6 months delinquent in regards to paying the annual renewal fee, you can determine WHEN an Associate on your team is due to be terminated by knowing their enrollment date. You can find it in your Associate Team Enrollments Report or call Associate Support with their ID number. If their account is suspended, their termination date is 180 days (6 months) following the date the fee was due, which was their enrollment date in 2019. For example, if their enrollment date was in October (of any year) then their renewal fee was due in October 2019. Their termination date if they did not renew would then be in April 2020, 180 days later.
