Framework for your ASEA Business

“The Rhythm of the Business”

What we call “The Rhythm of the Business” is not just an important concept, it is an essential one that anyone wanting to build an ASEA business must understand. It is the framework for our ASEA business and a global strategy being duplicated around the world.

We can think of it visually as a pyramid composed of 4 sections.

Number 1 is the foundation, the bedrock upon which we build. It is the daily practice of ALIFT activities, engaging in the 5 core competencies for our success.

Number 2: weekly presentations. These can be live or zoom presentations, in-homes, “coffee talk” get-togethers. They are designed for guests to hear testimonials, to learn about our products, and to be exposed to the business.

Number 3: regional events. Field events build upon one another. They create momentum, educate, and uplift. They foster duplication and a sense of belonging while providing training and inspiration.

Number 4, at the top of the pyramid: the annual ASEA Global Conventions. Do everything you can to get to these major corporate events. They invigorate, refresh, and boost our engagement and confidence. They are world-class events that are fun and exciting, where we learn so much from top leaders and executives in our company. Annual corporate Envision events also take place around the world leading up to the Global Convention.

(Learn more about the ALIFT system at www.ateamsupport.com and on our daily “Charge-Up Calls”, and about more about the Corporate Global Convention and Envision events at www.aseaglobal.com.)
