F = Follow Up & Collect A Decision

The #1 rule for follow-up is SHOW UP!

Call them at the specified time! Set your alarm! Write it in your daytimer!

  • "What did you like about the cd?"
  • "What interested you most about the online presentation?"
  • "Would you like to start as a customer or associate?"

Follow-up time is the perfect time to do a 3-way call. Those that do the most 3-way calls WIN!! You are not supposed to know it all...leverage your support team!

If they have not yet looked at the website or listened to the cd , say something like: "Life happens! do you think you can look/listen today or tomorrow? Can I give you a call back on Thurs? Shall I call you at this same time of day?"

If you get their answering machine: "Hi Joe, this is Trish...sorry we missed each other, you told me to call you on Thurs, so I am..Give me a call when you get a chance. here is my phone number 208-123-1234.... if I don't hear from you by noon tomorrow, I'll call you back., okay? Looking forward to chatting!" Download Marian Struble's 3 page Followup/Decision sequence here:

Listen to Audio Trainings

For detail on keeping track by categories go to Other Resources/Getting Started and watch the Keeping Track Basics Training.

Tip: be nice, be lighthearted, don't take yourself, or them, too seriously, ask a lot of questions, listen a lot, do a lot of 3-ways. Sometimes you have to use more tools before someone is ready to make a decision. They might listen to a cd, then you do a 3-way, then they look at more websites, then you do another 3 way, then they get on a conference call. Your job is to be a friend, not an encyclopedia. Your job is to use TOOLS to tell the story of ASEA.

Decision

At some point, they will be ready to make a decision. Lots of times, they will tell you when they are ready to order or ready to become and associate. But sometimes you will have to ask:

  • "So, Joe, are you ready to try some ASEA for yourself? There is a 100% 30 day money back guarantee for preferred customers. You have everything to gain, and nothing to lose. Would you like me to get some ordered for you? Great, what's your credit card number?"
  • "So, Joe, are you ready to sign up and start sharing ASEA?" "What other information do you need?" "What other questions can I get answered for you?"

If the decision is Yes 😃 then have the Sign Up sheet handy to go over the starting options and take their information right then and there. Then you can go thru the signup process via computer with them, or do it later when you are home.

Sometimes the decision will be "no thanks". 😊 In that case, always ask for a Referral. "Who do you know that would be interested in more endurance? Who do you know that would like to have better work outs? Who do you know that needs a health miracle? Who do you know that is in network marketing?

Be nice, respectful... many times you may not get a referral, but I literally "made a million dollars" from 1 referral!! Was it worth asking 100 times and getting 99 no's for the ONE referral that was an incredible referral??? what do you think?
